This one of a kind medium sized hardwood cutting board is crafted from a timeless blend of cherry, hard maple, and walnut. Measuring 18” x 12” x 1 3/16” thick, it provides the perfect balance of workspace and convenience for everyday prep and carving. A 1/2” juice groove runs along the board, neatly capturing juices to keep your counters clean while you carve and serve. Rubber feet on the bottom provide countertop stability while also allowing airflow beneath the board, helping prevent trapped moisture that can lead to warping or cracking. Weighing 5.8 lbs, this board is both sturdy and functional, built for years of reliable use. 

Each board is finished with a food contact safe 50/50 blend of 100% pure tung oil and food-grade citrus solvent from the Real Milk Paint Company. Unlike mineral oils that never fully dry, tung oil penetrates into the wood and hardens to create lasting protection. We allow the finish to cure for 30 days before applying a final coat of Real Milk Paint Company’s plant-based cutting board oil, adding extra durability and a beautiful natural sheen.
