How to Place a Custom Order

1. Reach Out
Submit your custom request using our Contact Form. We’ll get back to you in a jiffy!

2. Collaborate with Us
We’ll discuss all the details—materials, design, pricing, and estimated wait time in our Custom Creations Queue—so everything is tailored to your vision.
All communication will take place via email* once your request is received.

3. Secure Your Spot
Once the details are confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your project.
You'll receive an invoice via email to make this payment.
Note: Specialty materials may add to the time and cost of your project.

4. Stay in the Loop
You’ll receive regular email updates from start to finish, so you’ll always know the status of your custom creation.

5. Complete Your Purchase
When your item is finished, we’ll email you a link to pay the remaining balance (plus shipping).
You’ll have 72 hours to complete your purchase. A friendly reminder will be sent 12 hours before the deadline.
If payment isn’t made within 72 hours, your deposit is forfeited, and the item will be listed for sale in our shop at full price.

Need more time? No problem—just email us before the 72 hours are up to request an extension. Extensions are granted at our discretion.
